Our Services

Quality Storage Container sells and rents new and used shipping and storage containers, and related modifications and delivery services, across California and Nevada.

Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and current inventory. Prices, availability, and delivery timeframes may change and are not final until we confirm your order in writing. Quoted prices exclude applicable taxes and any fees unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges depend on your location, site conditions, and container size.

Orders & Payment

Your order is confirmed once we accept it and, where applicable, receive any required deposit or payment. We accept the payment methods identified during the ordering process (which may include cash, credit card, or check). Full payment terms will be provided with your order.

Delivery

You are responsible for ensuring the delivery site is safe, legal, accessible, and adequately prepared — including sufficient clearance, reasonably level and stable ground, and clear access for our delivery vehicles and equipment. If a delivery cannot be completed due to inaccessible or unprepared conditions, re-delivery or additional fees may apply. Delivery dates and windows are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery for purchased containers.

Rentals

Rental containers remain the property of Quality Storage Container at all times. Rentals are subject to any stated minimum term (typically 30 days) and continue on a month-to-month basis until you request pickup. You agree to use the container lawfully, keep it in good condition, and not modify, relocate, or sublease it without our written consent. You are responsible for loss or damage beyond normal wear and tear while the container is in your possession. Pickup will be scheduled after you notify us that the rental period has ended and the container is empty and accessible.

Permits & Compliance

You are solely responsible for determining and obtaining any permits, and for complying with all zoning laws, HOA rules, and local regulations governing the placement and use of a container at your location. We can offer general guidance but do not provide legal or permitting advice, and we are not responsible for penalties resulting from non-compliance.

Container Condition, Grades & Warranties

We describe container grades (such as One-Trip, IICL, Cargo-Worthy, Wind & Water-Tight, and As-Is) in good faith to help you choose. Used containers show varying degrees of wear consistent with their grade. As-Is containers are sold without any warranty and may require repairs. Except for any warranty expressly stated in a written agreement, our products are provided "as is," and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms will be described at the time of order. Deposits may be non-refundable, and custom or modified containers may not be eligible for cancellation once work has begun. Contact us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quality Storage Container will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goods stored in a container, arising from the use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quality Storage Container and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our products or services, your placement or use of a container, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Quality Storage Container or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Third-Party Links

Our site may contain links to third-party websites, which we do not control and are not responsible for.

Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ventura County, California.
